You are warmly invited to a conference taking place at West Campus, entitled “Between Heaven and Earth: Divination, Prophecy, and Oracles in the Ancient World,” April 20–21. This conference will bring together scholars in Egyptology, Classics, Ancient Judaism, Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations, East Asian Languages and Literatures, and Religious Studies. We are particularly delighted to have a number of graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty from Yale presenting, responding to papers, and chairing sessions.
