Interested in working with maps? Join the DHLab and CSSSI for one or both of our fall GIS Training Meetups. Participants will work through Esri’s interactive, online course that covers the basics of GIS, including: defining GIS, differentiating between vector and raster data, and querying maps for location and attribute information. During the second meetup, participants will learn how to use ArcGIS to identify patterns in humanities data.

Space is limited. To register, visit the DHLab’s event page. No prior experience is required - computers will be provided. Yale students, faculty, and staff are welcome to register!
