Yale Archaeology Brown Bag: Jade Luiz, “A First Class House? Sensory Archaeology of a Nineteenth-Century Boston Brothel”

Please join us for the next Brown Bag lecture this Friday featuring Jade Luiz, a PhD candidate from Boston University. Jade will present some of her ongoing doctoral work in historical archaeology, focusing on privy deposits in northern Boston that reflect the interactions and lives of 19th-century sex workers, their madams, and their clients.
