The Yale Program in the History of the Book is pleased to announce our final event of the fall speaker series, a lecture followed by a seminar with Peter Stallybrass (Annenberg Professor in the Humanities and Professor of English, Department of English, University of Pennsylvania).

On Wednesday, December 7th at 5 PM, he will deliver a public lecture, “What is a Letter?”, at the Beinecke mezzanine. On Thursday, December 8th at 4:30 PM, he will join us in Beinecke room 9 to discuss a pre-circulated paper. Trina Hyun (PhD student, Yale Department of English) will start our Thursdaydiscussion with a prepared response.
